Last Updated: July 16, 2026 Effective Date: July 16, 2026
StructurAI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("us," "we," or "our"), thanks you for visiting our website or accessing our online resources. We use the words "you" and "your" to mean you, the reader, and other visitors to our website. Our privacy statement ("this statement," "this privacy statement," and "our statement") informs you about the types of personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and why, and what we do to try to protect it. If you do not wish to provide us with your personal information, or to have it processed by us or any of our service providers, please do not provide it to us and avoid any interaction with us or our Website. By using our Website or purchasing our products or services, you are agreeing to this privacy statement and that we may use and disclose your information as described herein. SOURCES AND COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information generally means information that can be used to identify you or that can be easily linked to you (for example, your name, company, email address, and telephone number). We may collect personal information from the following groups of individuals: visitors to, and users of, our Website; our prospects and clients; job applicants; and third-party vendors and business partners.
There are two types of information that we obtain from you online and then store and use: (i) information that is collected automatically from each visitor, such as your device and browser information; and (ii) personal information that you voluntarily provide to us. We have set out below the types of personal information we may collect, or have collected in the preceding twelve months.
Voluntarily Submitted Information.
Identifiers and contact details: your name, company name, job title, business email address, mailing or billing address, and phone number.
Account credentials: username and password for logging into any account, portal, or adoption dashboard we may provide.
Business and qualification information: information you share so we can assess fit and scope services, such as your company's approximate revenue range, team size, project types, and the Microsoft licenses you hold.
Applicant information: if you apply for a role with us — your employment and education history and other information contained in your CV or required to process your application.
Financial information: billing and payment details, which you provide directly to our third-party payment processors for any paid Offerings.
Transactional information: the services purchased, price, and the date of the transaction.
Communications and content: messages, form submissions, and other information you choose to provide in your interactions with us.
If you do not want us to collect this type of personal information, please do not provide it. Providing this information is strictly your choice. Not providing it may limit your ability to take full advantage of the Website, but will not affect your ability to access information available to the general public on the Website. Please do not send us health information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive or regulated data through the Website or general communications.
Automatically Collected Information. When you visit our online resources, we and certain service providers operating on our behalf, and third parties, may collect information about your activity on our Website using tracking technologies such as cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, application program interfaces, and web beacons. We may collect this information whether or not you are logged in or registered, and may associate it with your account (if you have one).
The information collected through cookies and similar means includes such things as: the domain name and IP address from which you accessed our Website; the type of browser and operating system you use; the date, time, and length of your visit; the specific pages visited, graphics viewed, and any documents downloaded; the links to other sites you accessed from our Website; and the links from other sites you used to reach our Website. If you access our Website from a mobile device, we may receive uniquely identifiable mobile device information, and, if you have enabled location services, geolocation data. If you do not want us to collect geolocation data, disable location services through your device settings. We, and certain third parties, may use this information to:
Provide useful features to simplify your experience when you return to our Website;
Deliver relevant content based on your preferences, usage patterns, and location;
Monitor, evaluate, measure, and optimize the use and operation of our Website and our marketing; and
Analyze traffic on our Website and on the sites of third parties.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may use the personal information we collect from and about you for a variety of business purposes, including:
Emails and online forms: When you email us or complete a form — such as to request a free audit or contact us — we retain your email address and any other personal information in your message and use it to respond to and process your request. Depending on the information you provide, our communications may take the form of emails, telephone calls, and/or text messages, and may include information about our products or services we think may interest you.
Registering for an account or dashboard: When you register for an account or adoption dashboard, we use the information you submit to create and manage your access and communicate with you.
Registering for workshops and events: When you register for or attend an audit, workshop, or other session we host, we use your information to register you, communicate with you about it, and, where a fee applies, process payment through our payment processors.
Becoming a client: We use client information to perform our contractual obligations, deliver the Offerings purchased, manage accounts, and communicate with you.
Contractual and legal obligations: Meet our obligations and enforce our rights under contracts with you, including billing, collections, and legal compliance.
Product and service improvement: Enhance our products, services, marketing, and client experience.
Employment applications: Process your application if you apply for a role with us.
Communications: Notify you about changes to our products, services, or policies.
Internal operations: Administer our systems and conduct troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, and statistical purposes.
Security and protection: Protect StructurAI, our team, our clients, and our operations from fraud, misuse, or other unlawful activity.
Advertising and personalization: Measure the effectiveness of our marketing and deliver relevant content.
Corporate transactions: Support mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, or similar business transfers.
Compliance and legal rights: Comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to law enforcement requests and legal process, and exercise or defend our legal rights.
Other purposes: As disclosed to you at the time of collection or as otherwise permitted by law.
We do not use the personal information described in this statement to train external or general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
TEXT MESSAGES (SMS/MMS)
If you provide your phone number and consent, we may send you text messages related to scheduling, service, and — where permitted — marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any Offering. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We handle text-message consent and content in accordance with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT MATERIALS
If you become a client, the confidential business information, project data, documents, templates, and contracts you provide to us during an audit, workshop, or implementation ("Engagement Materials") are handled under the confidentiality and data-handling terms of your Order or services agreement — not this Privacy Statement. As stated in our Terms of Use, where applicable we work within your own Microsoft 365 environment, we do not use your Engagement Materials to train external artificial intelligence models, and we do not disclose them except as permitted by your agreement or required by law.
LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTING AND USING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Where required by applicable law to do so, we rely on the following legal bases for the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information:
As necessary to provide a service or complete a transaction with you (such as when we respond to your requests or deliver Offerings);
Consent (where you have provided consent as appropriate under applicable law, such as for direct marketing or certain digital-marketing activities);
As necessary for our legitimate business interests (such as maintaining our business generally, including the safety and security of the Website); and
For compliance with legal obligations, including in the areas of tax, employment, data protection, and corporate compliance laws.
HOW WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We disclose, or may have disclosed in the prior twelve months, your personal information to third parties as described below. For information about how to manage your information and the choices you have, see "Your Choices" below.
Affiliates: We may share your information within our family of companies, which will use it consistent with this statement.
Legally compelled disclosures: We may disclose your information to government authorities or other third parties when compelled to do so, or otherwise as required or permitted by law, including responding to court orders and subpoenas.
To prevent harm: We may disclose your information when we have reason to believe someone is causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, other users, or anyone who could be harmed.
Business transfer: If we or substantially all of our assets are acquired as a result of an acquisition, merger, sale, reorganization, consolidation, or liquidation, personal information may be among the transferred assets.
Service providers and business partners: We may share your information with service providers and other third parties with whom we have a contractual relationship — for example, website hosting, scheduling, email and text delivery, CRM, and analytics providers — who are limited to using it to provide services to us.
Payment processors: For any paid Offerings, payment information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors, whose use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. These processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as we reasonably deem necessary to maintain and expand our relationship and provide you with our Website, products, and services; to comply with our legal and contractual obligations; and to protect ourselves from potential disputes (for example, as required by laws applicable to record-keeping and bookkeeping, and to have evidence concerning our relationship should legal issues arise), all in accordance with our data-retention practices.
YOUR CHOICES
Depending on where you are located (for example, California, Colorado, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:
Right to know and data portability: Request information about our collection and use of your personal information, and request the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you in a machine-readable format.
Right to delete: Request that we delete personal information collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. We cannot delete personal information without removing you from programs you have signed up for.
Right to correct: Request that we correct inaccurate personal information about you.
Right to restrict or object to processing: Where applicable law provides, request that we restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information.
Right to withdraw consent: Where we rely on your consent, withdraw it at any time with future effect, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information: We do not, and have not in the preceding 12 months, sold your personal information for money. We may "share" your personal information (use it for cross-context behavioral advertising) through cookies and similar technologies. You can opt out by managing cookies as described in "Tracking Technologies" below, and, where offered, through a "Privacy Choices" control on our Website. Our Website is configured to recognize universal opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
Marketing opt-out: To stop receiving promotional emails, use the unsubscribe link in any message or email us at contact@structuraitraining.com; to stop texts, reply STOP. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still contact you in response to your questions.
Non-discrimination: You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of the rights described above.
Exercising your rights. Many of these rights are subject to exceptions and limitations, and our responses will vary based on the circumstances of the request and your location. If you are located in California, a person authorized to act on your behalf may make a verifiable request; where you designate an authorized agent, we will require verification that you gave that agent permission. When you submit a request, it must (i) provide sufficient information for us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information (or an authorized representative), and (ii) describe your request with enough detail for us to understand, evaluate, and respond. We will only use personal information provided in a request to verify the requestor's identity or authority. To exercise your rights, contact us as stated in "Contacting Us" below.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
We do not intend for our Website, products, or services to be used by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that anyone under 18 has submitted personal information to our Website, we will delete it. If you believe someone under 18 has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at contact@structuraitraining.com. We encourage parents and legal guardians to talk with their children about the potential risks of providing personal information over the internet.
HOW WE PROTECT COLLECTED PERSONAL INFORMATION
We take reasonable security precautions to protect the personal information provided to our Website. We maintain a security program that includes technical, organizational, administrative, and other measures designed to protect, consistent with accepted industry standards and applicable law, against anticipated or actual threats to the security of personal information. We cannot, however, guarantee that your information — whether during transmission or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care — will be free from unauthorized access, or that loss, misuse, destruction, or alteration will not occur.
